The idea that Baby Three is coming in 6 short weeks or so is starting to sink in. All of the sudden, I feel like I need to frantically “nest” and prepare for her arrival! I’ve worked on Little A’s room (and it’s almost done), and soon it will be time to work on the new baby’s nursery. (Stay tuned, but I think her name will begin with a “B” – I think it would be a ton of fun to have “A”, “B” and “C” girls!)
I’m a complete sucker for anything with boho flair and I’m loving pastels with grey right now, so the new baby’s room will be decorated in a “soft bohemian” way. The walls in the nursery (thank goodness we built our house with four rooms!) are a medium, warm grey and I’ll soften the room with fabric and accents in delicious pastels like coral, blush pink, yellow and light grassy green.

I’m planning on getting to work in the next few weeks here and making some things, and I’m also excited that Sears Canada is having their Baby Days sale this month! I’m definitely taking advantage of that sale and buying a lot of good-quality nursery basics from Sears like a change table, crib, and a baby monitor. They also have other adorable baby nursery essentials like Halo Sleep Sacks and crib bedding.
I’m so happy that the Sears Baby Room is celebrating Baby Days at JUST the right time for Baby Three’s impending arrival! From January 17-30th, 2014, almost everything in the Sears Baby Room will be 15% off – nursery furniture, strollers, monitors, and more! Plus, there will be great deals on infant apparel (hooray!). Click here to shop with me this month at Sears Canada.
Did you (or do you plan to) have your baby’s nursery ready before their arrival? How did you decorate it?
