My New Favourite DIY Salad: Spinach, Apple, Goat Cheese & Pecan

Maybe you’re like me and you’re continually working on cutting out junk food in your diet. But are you making sure to replace it with healthy food full of nutrients like fruits and veggies?! I find that’s often my problem when I’m being mindful of my junk food intake – I delete the bad, but then I don’t eat enough of the GOOD. This crazy-good spinach salad has been life changing over the past few weeks. It’s a delicious combo that’s easy to make at home for lunch, and I find it very satisfying.
