DIY Easter Decorations for the Table
I am excited to share a couple of ways to dress up your Easter entertaining with table decor ideas! Whether you are entertaining friends for a casual tea or hosting a large formal Easter dinner, I hope you find some ideas here that you can make your own with some custom finishing touches and treats.
Come make a beautiful spring-themed tea station in aquas and lavenders on a wooden tiered tray. This would be perfect for a spring party, for Easter, or for Mother’s Day! I used a tiered cake tray with floral napkins and a complementary pastel tea set and flowers, and the result is stunning and cheery. Add some Easter candy and other treats of your own choosing to complete the look you want. Check out the post for full details!
I’m in love with this Easter table setting, and I’ll tell you why: it’s inspired by a meaningful find! When we moved things around after my parents left our guest house we found an old box containing some vintage china my grandma left me, coloured with a gorgeous blue, pink, and green floral pattern and gold trim. I had almost forgotten about it until now! When I opened it up, I knew it would be the inspiration for this year’s bright and colourful Easter table setting.
Here’s a sneak peek of how I created this DIY easter tablescape:
- I paired this china with blue rattan chargers and gold cutlery
- Next I added a DIY blue and white table runner (visit the post for the tutorial on that)
- Then I added fresh tulips for an Easter centerpiece
- Lastly I accessorized with bowls of chocolate eggs, but coloured jelly beans would do just as well
I hope you get some inspiration for your Easter table from my ideas!
This tablescape idea is really simple but still fresh and pretty. It would suit any spring gathering, and with one little added touch it would be perfect for Easter Sunday. Let me show you a fresh, nature inspired spring table setting featuring lots of aqua blues, off whites, and succulents. Yes, succulents! So many pretty little touches topped off with a large vase in an Easter colour make this an easy yet high impact tablescape for the season.
A spring or Easter tablescape doesn’t have to be expensive. Get a pretty table setting idea for the season using items from Target Dollar Spot, the dollar store, and Walmart! Everything you will see on the table in this post came from one of these stores, from the plates, to the beautiful teal glassware, right down to the gorgeous grouped centerpiece items. Let me show you how I did it.
When I stumbled upon a set of vintage pink depression glassware at my local antique store, I knew it would be perfect as the inspiration for this warm pink & yellow spring tablescape. This table decor idea would be lovely for any spring dinner gathering, or for your Easter festivities. Come see how I decorated our dining room table for spring in warm pinks, yellows, and vintage-inspired accents. A beautiful floral garland and white candles and candlesticks from IKEA completed this romantic table centerpiece, and I’m just so happy with how it turned out.
It’s time for another easy craft with bunny ear shapes made from dollar store felt! Learn how to make simple bunny ear napkin rings for Easter with dollar store supplies. With a little white paint and a hot glue gun, you can transform regular napkin rings into something adorable. So cute and easy! These add a nice touch to any Easter tablescape, formal or informal!
