It's soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and so yummy. Once it's off the pan we load up the crust with all of our favorite toppings like fresh basil, tomatoes, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and mushrooms. Ice cream is the ultimate summer food! During the last sunny season, we discovered how to make no churn ice cream and it was oh so yummy. It is full of flavor and oh-so yummy, so I wanted to share it with you! My recipe has a thick flaky crust, it's a nice balance of sweet and tart, and the filling has a custard feel with the addition of a bit of milk and an egg.
