Steamed Lemon Pepper Fish & Asparagus Packets

A parchment paper packet and steam locks in the flavour of this light fish & asparagus dish.

  1. Lay a large rectangle of parchment paper on the glass tray insert of the Panasonic Steam Convection Oven.
  2. Lay a few spears of asparagus on the paper, and brush the spears with a little olive oil.
  3. Lay a fish filet over the asparagus, and brush that with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with a few slices of fresh lemon.
  5. Fold the parchment paper up and over the asparagus, fish and lemon and seal the opening by pleating and pinching the sides upwards.
  6. Steam in the Panasonic Steam Convection Oven on the 300W microwave + steam setting for 10 minutes.
  7. Open the packet, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
