The Best Banana Bread with Coconut Sugar

This simple banana bread is tried and true and has the added richness of organic coconut sugar.

Serves: 1 loaf
  • 2 large mashed bananas
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup Rogers Lantic Coconut Sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1¾ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup milk
  1. Cream together the mashed bananas, butter, coconut sugar, egg and vanilla.
  2. Mix in the flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. Fold in the milk.
  4. Pour into a 9 x 5" bread pan and bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
