Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie

This sweet, savoury & crunchy baked brie is the perfect holiday appetizer.

Serves: Serves 6-8
  • ½ c honey
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup pecans
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 small wheel brie cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Slice off the top of the brie rind, and place the brie in the center of a pie plate.
  3. Bake the brie in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the topping by mixing the honey, vinegar, pecans and cranberries in a small saucepan on the stove top on medium heat.
  5. Once the topping mixture is warm & thick and the cheese is baked, spoon the topping over the baked brie and serve immediately with firm crackers and apple slices.
