These flavourful, no-bake energy balls are easy to make and provide lots of healthy fats and protein. This mix of peanut butter, oats, coconut and chocolate is a satisfying and delicious snack on the go!

Ingredients
1 cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup honey (or agave or maple syrup for a vegan version)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup hemp hearts
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ tsp salt
⅓ cup mini chocolate chips (look for sugar free)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
Form into 1" balls.
Refrigerate until firm.
Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
