Christmas Charcuterie Board in Red & Green

A beautiful charcuterie board is the perfect thing to serve to your family and guests this Christmas season! Come learn how to make one in festive colours of red and green.
Serves: 8 servings
  • 3-4 varieties of hard & soft cheese like cheddar, goat cheese, brie, etc.
  • 3-4 varieties of charcuterie meats like salamis & proscuitto
  • 2-3 varieties of crackers
  • 2-3 varieties of green fruits like kiwi & grapes
  • 2-3 varieties of red fruits like raspberries & pomegranate seeds
  • 1-2 varieties of nuts like walnuts & almonds
  • 2 figs
  • honey
  • red pepper jelly
  • rosemary
  • dill
  • large serving platter
  • serving utensils
  1. Wash and dry all fruits and herbs.
  2. Arrange the cheese evenly on the platter, then arrange the meats around the cheeses.
  3. Arrange the crackers in stacks or rows around the other items.
  4. Add the green fruits and red fruits in small piles.
  5. Sprinkle the nuts in small piles around the platter.
  6. Cut the figs into 4 slices and arrange on one or two of the cheeses.
  7. Drizzle honey on one or two of the cheeses, and spoon red pepper jelly on another.
  8. Tuck fresh sprigs of rosemary and dill into and spaces on the platter.
  9. Arrange serving utensils on platter.
