10 years ago today, I hit Publish on my very first blog post here at thediymommy.com. Things have changed a LOT around here since then, and I never would have thought at that moment I'd be able to create a career out of blogging. In honour of this big milestone, I thought I'd share some of your favourite AND my favourite blog posts published here over the years!

When I first started this blog, I had planned for it to be a place to post baby-related projects (sewing baby clothes, making baby food, decorating nurseries etc), but as our own babies grew and once we started building Our DIY House in 2013, I started writing more about home decor and other DIYs.
I wrote a whole blog post recently about my blogging and business journey, so if you're interested in reading the whole story you can click right here. It's been quite a wild ride!

It's always so interesting to me to see which blog posts here resonate with my readers, and which ones don't quite as much. Also interesting is the fact that some of the projects I'm the most proud of don't do quite as well here! Because of that, I thought it would be fun to share some of YOUR favourite blog posts over my 10 years of blogging as well as some of mine. I want to thank all of your for reading my blog and all of the support and encouragement I've received from you over the past 10 years!

Hi Christina,
I just recently came to know your blog and love all your DIYs. Your gentle and calm explanations on video are so easy to understand how you did all your works. You're so creative and lovely.
