When you’re a stay-at-home-mom (and/or work-at-home-mom), sometimes it’s hard to find ways to stay active without leaving the house or spending some cash. I’m starting to discover that there are actually a ton of fun things you can do WITH your kiddos to stay active and healthy at home!

I’m excited to tell you that I’ll be collaborating with Weight Watchers Canada this Fall and sharing a whole bunch of tips and tricks on healthy living as a family! I simply love Weight Watchers and I’m growing more and more passionate about fitness and healthy living┬áthese days as I’m discovering how life changing it can be.
