I had the pleasure of recently finding ‘lola’s girl’ on Etsy and Twitter. This DIY Mommy is amazingly talented! From creating cute, fresh children’s clothes to wedding & event planning, she can do it all. And well! Her designs are beautiful, modern and so very creative. She has exquisite taste when it comes to fabric choices and colour combinations.

What makes your creations unique? I try to use vibrant, colourful fabrics that evoke a child’s imagination. I strive to provide parents an alternative to buying their children clothes from big box stores while maintaining affordibility for the everyday consumer.

If you had one piece of advice for other DIY mommies trying to market their creations online, what would it be? Don’t give up! It may seem overwhelming at first, juggling your family and your business. But one day everything will just fall into place and you won’t even remember¬† when you wanted to crawl under a rock and hide.

Whether you want to find inspiration to craft your own creations, or would simply like to find some adorable children’s clothes that are handmade with love, you’ll want to visit: lolasgirl.etsy.com
