Video Tutorial: Make a Spring Grapevine Wreath with Fabric Flowers

Published: Mar 27, 2015 · Modified: Mar 27, 2015 by Christina Dennis · This post may contain affiliate links · This blog generates income via ads · 4 Comments

The fabric flowers we made for my sister's wedding last year are sure getting a workout. Not only were they gorgeous in her bouquet, but I've used them (and made more!) for decorating around the house... and for decorating my kiddos (like Baby B here). This week, I thought they would look fabulous on a fresh, new Spring wreath! I think this nature-inspired wreath turned out really soft and pretty looking, and I like that it's simple and a bit quirky.

Gorgeous Spring wreath made from a grapevine wreath, DIY fabric roses, silk leaves, faux pussy willow and berry branches, boa feathers and a velvet ribbon banner.

I bought the oval grapevine wreath for $5 at Michaels, and the pussy willow and berry branches were there for 50% off. The rest was in my craft arsenal, so the entire wreath was a great deal.

I think the fabric roses look so lovely on the wreath, and little bits of white feather boa give the wreath some interest and fun.

I hung the wreath with some lace on our chalkboard. Beneath the wreath is a Spring / Easter dessert table that I'll share with you next week.

Here's the video tutorial on how I made this whimsical Spring grapevine wreath:

    Have a wonderful weekend!
