Vintage Industrial Furniture Favourites (+ Some Exciting News!)

Published: Nov 6, 2015 · Modified: Nov 15, 2015 by Christina Dennis · This post may contain affiliate links · This blog generates income via ads · 12 Comments

When I was pouring over Pinterest and design magazines as we were building Our DIY House, the style that spoke to me the most was vintage industrial.

It’s mix of a cultural and historical elements, lots of pieces that look or are salvaged, and lots of mixed textures like metal, glass and rustic wood. My twist on this style is warming it up a little by adding lots of soft elements with fun textiles – like my drapes, patterned pillows, and little pops of colour. The resulting feeling I’m hoping to achieve in our home’s decor is one that’s a comfy mix of masculine and feminine, of hard and soft, and of old and new.

The DIY Mommy + The BrickHere’s my exciting news: I’m thrilled to announce that this week I’ve began a fun & wonderful collaboration with The Brick!

Office chairs should be comfortable and have a full back. They should provide a multitude of adjustable positions, including lumbar support, height, and recline settings.”
