Welcome, Baby B! (+ A Free Nursery Printable)

Published: Mar 12, 2014 · Modified: Apr 2, 2014 by Christina Dennis · This post may contain affiliate links · This blog generates income via ads · 17 Comments

My new baby girl is finally, finally here.

And I am madly in love with her.

    Beautiful Baby B

Meet Baby B, born on March 7th at 1:14am weighing 8 lbs 8oz. It was a very fast labour, and we both took some time to recover from the sheer speed at which she arrived!

After being pregnant for a full 41 ½ weeks (ugh!), I was sure ready for her to come. After  a day of setting up my home decor vignette for this fun contest, I came home and settled into the tub. That's when my water broke and Baby B came a couple of hours later!

We've been doing well. My body and my brain are still trying to recover and navigate this new zoo-like life with three kids. Thankfully, I have a fantastic husband and mom that have been helping me everyday this week as I transition with Baby B.

B's nursery is actually almost done (because I had a lot more time than I thought I would to prepare!), and I added this artwork to it last night.

All I want to do this days is snuggle my new little girlie and tell her how much I love her. Hence, the "Love You Forever" art for her little space.

If you'd like a print for your own Little's nursery, here's a free printable for you! Click on either image below to download a high-res version of this "Love You Forever" free printable nursery artwork. If pink's not your thing, I've made one in blue too! They measure 5 x7", but you can also cut them down to 4 x 6" like I did.

I hope you enjoy this little print!

Now, excuse me while I go breathe in the delicious scent of my newborn.

I'll catch you on the other side of my Babymoon. 🙂

Congratulations again! I'd love to come over and inhale that baby scent myself. =D

Incidentally, B has the same birthday as my youngest brother!

Congratulations Christina! She is so beautiful. I adore what you have done with her nursery! Good for you for being so prepared for baby #3. My son's nursery still isn't done and he's 20 months old! LOL. 😉

Thank you, Crystal! I was only this prepared because she was so late... I definitely wasn't prepared with my first two! 🙂

Baby B is sheer perfection! I just want to nom nom nom those cheeks! Those 41+ weeks are HARD but so worth it.. I still feel like those extra weeks in the womb helped Abby's development in so many ways. Congrats again! xoxo

Thanks, Jess! Yes, I couldn't believe how horrible being overdue was... UGH. I think you're totally right, though - I'd much rather have a slightly late baby than one that isn't ready. 🙂 Thank you again!
