It’s almost Easter! Whether this is a time of religious reflection and celebration for your family or whether it’s all about eggs, bunnies, and chocolate (or both!), there is sure to be a large family gathering with lots of food and laughter. And if that gathering happens to be at your house this year, I’ve got some ideas for your Easter table decor. From spring centerpieces to place settings, I’ve got ideas that will make your Easter table shine!

Easter Table settings

There’s nothing more festive at a large gathering than a pretty place setting! It’s such a great way to make your guests feel welcome, and it can be done so easily with a small budget! See if any of these beautiful table setting ideas would work in your home this year.

A Bright & Colourful Easter Table Setting

Bright and Colourful Easter table setting idea in blues and pinks

I’m excited about this Easter table setting because it’s inspired by a meaningful find! When we moved things around after my parents left our guest house, we found an old box containing some vintage china my grandma left me. This china was  a gorgeous blue, pink, and green floral pattern with gold rims. I had almost forgotten about it until now! When I opened it up, I knew it would be the inspiration for that year’s bright and colourful Easter table setting.

Let me share this rich pink & blue Easter tablescape idea with you! I paired this china with rattan chargers, gold cutlery, a DIY blue and white table runner (visit the post for the tutorial on that). Then I added some fresh tulips in pretty pastel colors and other accessories.

A Fresh Nature Inspired Spring or Easter Table Setting

A simple but beautiful nature inspired table setting idea for Spring or Easter - love the aqua and succulents!

I’ve been really inspired lately to switch over to lighter, brighter colours in our home’s decor. So, I had a lot of fun planning out this spring and/or Easter tablescape! It’s really simple but still fresh and pretty. Change just one little thing and it’s perfect for Easter Sunday! Let me show you a fresh, nature-inspired spring table setting featuring lots of aqua blues, off whites and succulents (or Easter eggs!).

Vintage Inspired Spring Tablescape Idea in Warm Pinks & Yellows

When I stumbled upon a set of vintage pink depression-era glassware at my local antique store, it became the inspiration for this perfectly warm pink & yellow spring tablescape. Let me show you how I made a centerpiece using faux eucalyptus garland, real greenery, crepe peonies, and white candles and candlesticks for a warm, spring look.

Then for the individual place settings, I layered textured white plates (from Walmart a couple of years ago) over IKEA rattan chargers. The vintage pink glassware bowls and tumblers add soft colour to each setting. A no-bake lemon cheesecake trifle in more vintage pink glassware sits at the top of each setting. The recipe can be found here. These are delicious little spring desserts, and they look adorable too! This is such a cheerful looking table all ready for your Easter festivities.

Spring Tablescape on a Budget

Budget Friendly Spring or Easter Tablescape Idea

A spring or Easter tablescape doesn’t have to be expensive! For this table, I used these green & grey striped napkins from the Target Dollar Spot. I love how they look gathered in these Hobby Lobby napkin rings. Can you tell I went to the States to get these? Try the dollar store for something very similar. To add a little oomph, I tied some Dollar Tree ribbon around the napkin rings! I use these textured white plates from Walmart over and over again on my table, and these Pioneer Woman teal hobnail glasses were a steal from Walmart too and I love how they look in this spring tablescape!

The centerpiece is a collection of simple items grouped together: a little green birdhouse and eucalyptus stem from the Target Dollar Spot, some ceramic bunnies from Dollarama, and some faux lavender from Dollar Tree. They’re all inexpensive items, but they look so sweet in a grouping! I love this cheerful spring tablescape on a budget.

Easter Table Decor Ideas

Decorating your table is the easiest way to bring Easter vibes into your home this holiday season. Whether it’s with some gorgeous blooms in a unique vase or other simple little touches that pull everything together, I just love making a table look Eastery and bright! I am sharing my favourite Easter-themed crafts and other table decor that will help you achieve the perfect look.

Make a Dried Floral Easter Egg Tree

I love dried flowers and I love Easter eggs. So what could be better than to combine them into a beautiful “Easter egg tree” for a spring table decoration? This DIY Easter centerpiece is easy to make and is a stunning decor piece. Use some faux or real branches, a vase, dried florals, mod podge and faux eggs for this easy DIY that makes a lovely spring table centerpiece. And, it looks beautiful on a dining room sideboard too!

Make Easter Bunny Eggs (with tiny floral crowns, of course!)

DIY Easter Bunny Eggs with Tiny Floral Crowns

Are you looking for a fun and unique centerpiece, or maybe a little decoration for individual place settings? Either way I have a fun craft for you that would even be fun to do with your kids! I’m talking about making the tiniest egg bunnies with the tiniest moss and floral crowns. And everything is from the dollar store! With felt ears, faux moss and florals and some hot glue, you can turn faux white eggs into adorable Easter bunny decor items. Put a few of them in a nest or basket full of moss in the center of your table. Or, put them in smaller individual nests on each of your guest’s plates or next to their place cards to bring a smile to everyone’s faces.

If you have an old vase or jar that you want to turn into a beautiful, textured piece, I have just the idea for you! Let me show you how to make DIY plaster paint to make the perfect vintage-look vase to hold your spring stems or blooms. This would look perfect as an Easter centerpiece (maybe even to hold your Easter egg tree?). It would also be lovely as part of a vignette on  a sideboard or coffee table.

These are an easy craft that require only some white felt, wooden napkin rings, some white paint, and a hot glue gun. All of these supplies can be purchased at the dollar store. Pair them with some fun floral fabric napkins for a beautiful accent piece!

When I found these mini metal buckets and faux lavender sprigs at Dollar Tree, I knew they’d come together to make a beautiful DIY! They are perfect as spring place card holders on your Easter dinner table. The only other things you need to buy are some floral foam, faux moss and paperclips! If you don’t find the buckets, you could also use egg cups or mini easter baskets. The key here is really the mini part! Just have fun with it.
